Who is the value-oriented systemic coaching aimed at?

- Clarification of confusing life situations or difficult decisions
- Orientation, e.g., regarding career questions
- In conflict situations, professionally or privately
- Lack of self-esteem or self-confidence
- Issues in relationships or work
- Coping with stress
- Burnout prevention
Value-oriented systemic coaching helps us to discover what is truly important. It provides access to our innermost system and enables us to dissolve blockages, fears, or old patterns, connecting us to our resources.
I work with the St. Galler Coachingmodell (SCM)®, which encompasses 5 dimensions and can be completed in a maximum of
10 sessions of 90 minutes each. It is also possible to work with short-term processes
that provide highly solution-oriented immediate assistance in difficult situations.
In our first meeting, we will clarify which path we will take together.

Do you often feel stressed and overwhelmed by the demands of daily life? Are you plagued by fears? Do you want to better understand habits or your own behavioral patterns and optimize or change them through constructive approaches?
